AI TCM & Massage Therapy Clinic愛康中醫診所

Herbal Medicine中藥

Herbs prescribed for your own situation, as granules, decoctions or patent formulas.

Herbal medicine is one of the core parts of Traditional Chinese Medicine, alongside pulse and tongue reading, acupuncture, exercise, tui na, cupping and moxibustion. We prescribe herbs for each individual problem, using approved and convenient herbal granules. The clinic also works with herbal decoctions (中藥湯劑), natural herbal formulas (中成藥) and TCM diet management (中醫食療).

What a Session Is Like

Herbs are prescribed during a consultation rather than booked on their own — book a session and Anthony will advise whether herbs suit your situation, and prepare a formula if so. Herbs are dispensed at the clinic.

Anthony’s Background with Herbs

Anthony has worked with natural herbs since childhood, learning first from the elders in his village and later studying herbal medicine formally under Prof. Andrew Tiong in Kuching, Sarawak. He prescribed herbs in the charitable work of the Sarawak Traditional Chinese Medicine Association, and has continued to build that knowledge since.
